Dr. Bobby Singh
FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Bobby Singh is a healthcare and pharmaceutical leader with over 25 years of experience across clinical practice, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and healthcare innovation. He holds an MBBS from Manipal University and a postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the James Lind Institute, Switzerland. He is also a member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians (UK).
He has held leadership roles at Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, and MSD, overseeing medical affairs, regulatory strategy, and clinical development across Asia and Oceania. He has also worked closely with international CROs on global development and partnerships.
Combining clinical expertise with industry insight, he brings a deep understanding of the interface between patient care and scientific innovation. He continues to practice privately, ensuring his work remains patient-centred and grounded in real-world healthcare.
Tina Sidhu
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tina Sidhu combines business acumen with deep healthcare insight in her role Head of Business Development. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and a Master’s in Health Research from the Royal College of Surgeons, where her research focused on the culturally significant topic of Halal Vaccines in Malaysia - highlighting her commitment to inclusive, context-aware healthcare solutions.
With experience across New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore, she has led strategic growth initiatives with a strong foundation in market intelligence and business strategy. Her international experience enables her to navigate diverse markets with cultural sensitivity and strategic clarity.
Her expertise spans business development, clinical research support, and marketing strategy, with proven success in market research, SEO, branding, and customer engagement. She is passionate about delivering meaningful business outcomes through a human-centred approach.
